Now in outpatient neurorehab for persistent executive-function and cognitive-communication deficits. Medicare entitlement via SSDI since 2022.

Alert, oriented. Trail Making B 2 SD below norm. Difficulty initiating multi-step tasks; requires external cueing for sequencing.
