The public prototype
A clear boundary
around your information.
This notice covers the public Atlas, synthetic Trainer and design-partner request form. It is not a notice for a live clinical service.
No patient information.
Do not upload, enter or dictate patient names, medical records, claim files or other protected health information. Public voice controls are for anatomy-region names and synthetic exercises only; browser speech recognition may use the browser provider’s remote services.
Business conversations only.
When intake is enabled, the form collects your name, work email, organization, role, organization type, location count, approximate claim volume, an optional market of interest, a business-workflow description and contact consent. These details support evaluating and responding to your design-partner request.
When intake is disabled, the form is marked as a preview and cannot submit a request.
Storage and access.
Configured intake uses a dedicated Google Cloud Firestore database, separate from any planned clinical data store. Requests carry an expiry field; deployment requires retention, deletion and access controls. A keyed email hash supports request-rate limits.
Hosting infrastructure may keep standard operational request metadata. Do not include sensitive information in URLs, form fields or error reports.
No advertising or session replay.
This interface does not add advertising analytics, session-replay tools or third-party font requests. The educational case library is synthetic. The homepage illustration is schematic and is not derived from patient imaging.
Your request stays a conversation.
Submitting a request is not an agreement to a clinical pilot or patient-data processing. Data-use terms, retention requirements and any clinical safeguards must be agreed separately before such work begins.
If BioCareful responds to your request, use that contact to request correction or deletion of your business-contact information.
